The Dog Park Friends Supporter Program is a simple way to show your love for the park and help support the work of Dog Park Friends Carmichael, a volunteer committee of the Carmichael Parks Foundation.

Your annual supporter contribution helps us advocate for improvements, support safety projects, add amenities, bring the dog-loving community together, and continue building a better Carmichael Dog Park.

🐾 Dog Park Friend — $45/year

A little support can make a big difference.

As a Dog Park Friend, you’ll receive:

• Recognition as an annual Dog Park Friends supporter
• Dog Park Friends news and project updates
• Early peeks at upcoming events and activities
• Updates on safety, amenities and improvements happening at the park
• The very official bragging right of saying, “Yep, I help support the dog park.”

 

❤️ Best Friend — $80/year

For the people who love the dog park just a little extra.

Best Friends receive everything included at the Dog Park Friend level, plus:

• Special supporter recognition
• Small Supporter Token Gift
• Occasional supporter surprises when available

Because every good park needs a few best friends.

 

🌳 Dog-Friendly Business Supporter — $120/year

That’s just $10 a month to support a safer, better Carmichael Dog Park.

For businesses that want to show their support for the future of the Carmichael Dog Park and proudly let the community know they’re dog-friendly.

Dog-Friendly Business Supporters receive everything included at the previous levels, plus:

• Enhanced annual supporter recognition with a link to your business
• A Dog-Friendly Business Certificate of Recognition to proudly display at your business
• First look at sponsorship opportunities for Dog Park Friends Carmichael events

Your support helps us dream a little bigger when it comes to safety, amenities, community programs, and future improvements at the Carmichael Dog Park.

 

Where Does Your Support Go?

Your annual contribution helps Dog Park Friends support projects that make the Carmichael Dog Park safer, cleaner, more comfortable and more fun for everyone.

That may include:

• Improved shade and seating
• Safer picnic tables
• Fencing and visual screening improvements
• Better signage and bulletin boards
• Poop bag stations and cleanliness resources
• Improved water features
• Dog park branding and beautification
• New storage for  supplies
• Safety education and communication
• Future amenities identified with park users and Carmichael Recreation and Park District

And, of course, your support also helps us continue bringing Carmichael’s dog community together through programs and events like Barktoberfest and Paws & Petals.

We call it a supporter program because that’s exactly what it is.

Becoming a Dog Park Friend does not make you a voting member of the Carmichael Parks Foundation or give you governance responsibilities. It simply means you’re part of a community of people who care about the Carmichael Dog Park and want to help make it better.

You can be deeply involved, show up once a year, or simply make your annual contribution and cheer us on from the sidelines.

Supporter contributions do not create voting or governance rights in the Carmichael Parks Foundation. Any tax-deductible portion of a contribution will be reflected in the donor acknowledgment provided by the Carmichael Parks Foundation.
